So i am new here and buying my first home with a pool. I had an inspection done and a few items came up on the report that I had questions about and was hoping someone can help me.
The pool seems to be an automated system with an "Aquaswitch" on one of the outside patio posts.... I would love to get this system on a Zwave system or something like that... Thoughts?
Safety Concern Electrical - Needs Repair
Aqua link control panel on side of patio column- I would expect these switches to
have proper weather tight cover.
Pump is not bonded as required- should be bare copper bond wire attached to
pump & heater.
FYI- light was operational for pool- spa does not have light. GFCI was
operational. Satisfactory
eaters - Gas Gas
Unit has some debris, recommend cleaning.
Did respond to controls-Some Rust noted on heater interior and exterior.
Service/Repair Pool Filter Type and ConditionC - aCratrritdrgidege
Leak is present top of cartridge filter.
Pop up system is not being utilized- 1 head is missing. Zodiak cleaning system is
being used. This system will not access the spa area- spa will have to be
manually maintained.
Pressure gauge-bleeder valve-aerator tested and serviceable.
