hello everyone we are having a resurfacing of our in ground 15x30 pool in Florida.

during the bond coat process it started to rain within 5 minutes of it being applied, there are streaks, light spots, etc. but the surface is still rough.

The company says it's fine as long as it's still rough it looks questionable at best to me (but I know nothing) and that it will be under warranty etc.

I've included a bunch of pictures of the on going renvo.

does this look acceptable to you guys?

thanks in advance they are coming tomorrow morning and I need to know how to move forward.
