Default Thank you from a newbie!

Wanted to offer a quick word of thanks for all if the effort out forth on this site.

Over the weekend and on a whim we purchased a 12' x 30inch deep round intex type pool from Wal-Mart primarily for my young child to play in. Ignorance was bliss for the first day!

I'm so thankful to have come across your site and the simple recipe to get us started. I'm in the bleach phase while things are on order (dichlor / k2006 kit / solar cover). pH is holding, chlorine bumps up steadily with daily bleach dosing.

The chemical treatment process is absolutely daunting. I took back all the hth products from Walmart and am following this forum's practical and thorough guidance carefully. It felt so much better and less intimidating getting started with good old bleach.

The guidance is well written. Thanks again!
