    Hello and welcome to the Pool Forum!

    You already have a thread started previously about this same problem. I'm sorry that you have not yet gotten any replies but PoolDoc is probably the best one to help you. Unfortunately, he is involved in some things with his family this weekend so it may be a bit until he has time to address your question. But..... he will get to it.

    After I see that you have gotten this reply from me, I will close this thread so we don't end up with two threads going about the same problem. That way all the information/questions/answers can be kept together in your first thread.

    As i know the water was just cristaly clear befor adding the copper sulfatt to control algae ,there must be somthng with the copper.so pleas give me a clue how to decrease or eleminate extra copper in the pool.i jus read somever aluminum solfat could help.do you agree with that?what about colorine shock?

    Sorry, this is not my area of expertise although I can tell you that you are right, copper is a problem in pool water. As I explained in my previous post, PoolDoc is the best one to address this type of problem. So, you'll need to wait until he is available to answer your question.
