I think if it is a newly installed pool I would start by calling the installer to come out and have a look.
Welcome to the Pool Forum!
This is my first post on this forum.
We (wife, and I) have a new above ground pool! The retailer installed the pool, and now we have holes showing up on the bottom of the liner, and some cracks also? The liner doesn't leak, but the bottom looks bad! They leveled the dirt, and added a layer of brick mortar sand, and smoothed it out, before installing the liner,(it looked smooth).
Should we just ignore it and enjoy the pool,or have it drained, and done over?

Thanks,I've done just that! They will be here next week. Other than the bottom problems, we aren't having any other problems with it. I do run the pump 24/7 though.
Are you following our Super Simple Start-up Recipe? http://pool9.net/ssr/ If not, what all have you done thus far?
You don't need to run your pump 24/7. That just wastes electricity and runs your power bill up. You can cut the run time way back. I run mine for probably 6-8 hours per day. If you want, you can do it in a couple of blocks of about 4 hours each time.
