Question Pool Pilot Digital - Check/Clean Cell

My salt chlorination system is not working. The Warning light is flashing and it says check/clean cell. I have cleaned the cell (which is only about a year old) and I purchased a new power cord, however my readings when I run the test pool pilot option seem to be off. It says my salt is at 4400 ppm, but it is also saying 14 volts and 3.8 amps. The water temperature is 87 degrees. I have a Dig-220 and the cell is a RC 35/22.

Any ideas what is going on?

Default Re: Pool Pilot Digital - Check/Clean Cell

I took a water sample to my local pool store. The pH was high (8.0) so I added the appropriate amount of acid. The Stabilizer was low (50 ppm), so I also added the correct amount of stabilizer. The salt was 3800 ppm, however my pool pilot is still reading 4400 ppm. I tried to calculate the salt, however the Pool Pilot says "not ready yet". My pool pilot warning is alternating between Check Flow and Check/Clean cell and saying that the purifier is OFF.

The pool is inground, pebbletech, 20k gallons. Temperature is 85 (will continue to climb during the Florida sun). Volts and amps continue to be on the low side.
