    Default Durazzo vs Pebble Sheen

Does anyone have any info good or bad about these two products. I have heard that they offer a smoother surface that won't scrape up the kids feet, while providing a more durable finish that is more resistant to staining, etching etc than that of traditional plaster. Their counterparts Durabrite and Pebble-Tec while look nice seem to be rougher. Thanks

Default Re: Durazzo vs Pebble Sheen

Durazzo and Pebble Sheen are both good products made by large well known companies. Durazzo (www.sgm.cc) is a good product but does not have a large color selection. Check out Hydrazzo (www.aquavations.com) for a larger color selection. The Pebble Sheen made by Pebble Tec (www.pebbletec.com) has a good color selection. The polished marble based finishes will be smoother than the polished pebble based finishes but the pebble based finishes will be more chemical resistant. All plaster pool finishes will give you years of enjoyment if you keep up your chemistry. Personally I like the look of the pebble finishes but all pools look great if you keep your chemistry balanced and have good filtration.
