Default Water leaking from end of conduit to light

Yesterday i noticed water coming from the conduit that goes to one of the lights. The conduit is over 18" above the water line so i don't understand how this is possible. The pool was built 9 years ago, and until yesterday, i've never had a problem. Any ideas on how i can fix this? I have pics, but don't know how to attach them on this forum.
