Default New pool owner in Norway- PH/Alc questions

Hi, I am a new pool owner, with a small glassfiber pool of 3x6meters(23000liters/6000 gallons).
Recently I noticed some yellow/brown stains that I thought might be rust deposits(I am on city water, but might have gotten some earth blown into my pool, as I am remodeling the area).

I did some testing of my water, and found that my Alc was at 40 and my PH was at 7, so I thought the low Alc might cause that water to deposit easier, and wanted to bring it up. I added 1kg of SodiumBicarbonate and one day later my Alc was at 70 as I suspected with that ammount, but my PH was at 7,6, so I was a bit hesistant to add more in fear of rising the ph even more.
I retested my water this morning before posting and this is my numbers now:
    PH: 7,8 (bordering on 8)
    Alc: 60 (Bordering on 70)
    Cal: 50
    Cya: 30 (Bordering on 40)

What I am wondering is if I should continue to add SodiumBicarbonate until I get my alc to where I want it(I was thinking of 100-120), or should I lower the ph before I continue to raise the Alc. I tink I read somewhere that the SodiumBicarbonate won't raise the ph higher than 8, so in my mind it sounds like I can add enough of that to get my Alc to 120, and then use some of my ph-down to lower my ph to 7.6 or thereabouts.
My ph lowerer says it contains Troclosene, sodium dihydrate 50-100g/100g is that ok?

My pool will soon have a heater connected too, so I think to get my alc up would be a good idea.

Thank you for all advice, this seems like a great comunity.

You did not tell us your Free Chlorine or Combined Chloramine levels. You may well have an algae bloom. Either that or some sort of metals in your water. Try putting some Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) on the stain and see if it fades it. If it does, it is metal and our metal removal experts can advise you.

In my opinion, your approach will not work because it is not getting at either problem, algae or metals, and you should leave your pH and Alkalinity alone.

Thank you for your answer, sorry I didn't mention the Clorine levels, here they are:

My Free Clorine have been a bit up and down, I was steady inbetween 1 and 3 earlier, but then I tried a floater called "EasyPool Maxi" that should have chlorine, stabilizers and floculation, but I think what I did wrong was to keep it in my pool with my cover on, and the pump running 24/7 and suddenly my Free Chlorine was at 7,6. I have let it stay out of the pool for a while now, and I am now at 1,6. My Combined chlorine is at 0 (I get a faint faint purple tint on the combined chlorine test that goes away with one drop, so I might have a tiny bit), so I don't think it is an Algae atack, and the water looks sparkly clean and has only been in the pool for about 1 month.

I was going to do the Ascorbic acid test, but I forgot to get the Vitamin C at the store, will do that.

The PH/Alc I wanted to have adjusted to acceptable levels before I connect my heating pump, so I won't corrode the metals in that one.

OK. That helps. With your CYA at 30, you need to keep your Free Chlorine between 3 and 6, but if it hits 7 or 8, it's not a problem. Period. But don't let it go below 3. The tiny bit of Combined Chloramine isn't a problem.
Have you tried brushing the pool as well?

Thank you, I put in my "EasyPool Maxi" earlier today, and I will let it stay in and see if it goes up to your recommended levels, like it did earlier.
I have tried brushing(with my pool brush) on the yellow/brown spots and they didn't disappear, but I will come back to them when I have tried the Vitamin C pills on them.

Good Luck! I'm going on vacation tomorrow so hopefully one of the other team members will follow up.
