Default Getting ready to fill pool

Ok, got the pool cleaned with baking soda and water. I'm ready to start filling. I will be using the SSR on the forum. My question is about the dichlor. I found some stabilizer at walmart, it's HTH brand and is 96% dichlor and 4% inert. Will this be OK to use.
