Your calcium is ok, but your alkalinity is too high - You can lower your ph down to 7.2 and aerate your water by turning your jets up so the water bubbles on the surface of the water. This will bring down your alkalinty while raising your ph. You will have to keep bringing down the ph with acid so you can continue to lower the alkalinity. You want your alk to be between 80 - 120. You can do a search on the forum for lowering alkallinity and it will explain everything for you.
Your pool will clear with the filter running 24/7, and bringing your chlorine up to 15 ppms, as the chart shows with your cya about 40.
