We just bought our first pool, and I'm sure we're not alone, but the retail store that sold us the pool was / is NO help when it comes to pool maintenance.

We have a 24' above ground pool with a Pool Rx Cartridge system.

WHAT, pray tell, should our normal maintenance consist of?

Have you installed it yet? If so, how long ago and exactly what all have you added to the water so far? (Ingredients, not just product names like 'shock.'
