    Default Is 6psi to low

Hello all, I am new to the pool scene and just need a little help with my pressure. whats too high and too low. Im running a Starktools 2hp pump and a Hayward pro series sand filter model S220T with the vari-flow XL top mount valve. My pressure stays at around 6psi when clean I am just wondering if this is too low or not?

That seems low to me but I am certainly not the pump expert around here. We have been swamped in the past few days with new members so that is why your post has not yet gotten a reply but never fear, it will.

Ok thank you!! When Iturned everything on for the 1st time backwashed and rinsed pressure was at 13-14. After it rose and needed to be backwashed again is when it went down to 6psi. It is sitting at 10psi as of today.
