I bought a rental house that has a 15+ year old pool. Roots have pushed up the deck along one side of the pool. The roots have been dealt with so it should be stable now. The gap varies from 1/16" to 1/2". I first cleaned everything then inserted a foaming calk to act as backer rod leaving plenty of space for a bead of silicon. It is watertight and looks much better but I have an idea that could improve its appearance. If I applied a white vinyl strip to the tile below the pool deck nose, all the way around, it would look much better. Any thoughts where I would find something appropriate to do this? Thanks.
