Your pool turning slightly green after adding the bleach means, I'm guessing, the copper needs to be addressed. I'll let one of the "metal mavens" help you with that. Otherwise, your numbers are good for opening. Your CYA is a tad low, and your pH is a tad high. but neither is bad.
