You may want to consider a 2-speed pump instead as the electronics of a VS are HIGHLY susceptible to power surges and brown-outs. There is a small gain in efficiency between a VS and a 2 speed, but 2 speeds are far more robust.

The way to escape moderation is to become a subscriber. (Link in my signature below.) Being a subscriber also makes your posts get priority attention when we get really busy.
