    The highest that my FC reached was 15, it has taken that long for the FC to finally lower.Last night when I tested,my FC was 3, so I added bleach.

    OK. I had forgotten that your chlorine was that high. (I actually didn't forget ----- it's just that there are too many pools that we help with that they kinda run together! )
