Hello, Just wanted to say that I'm looking forward to getting some great advice and help from you this year. I plan on setting up my intex metal frame 15'x42 pool later this week. I've been reading thru here a bit and I also just ordered my taylor k2006 test kit as recommended by you.

With a 15'X42" pool, you probably have the cartridge filter. Do yourself, your pool and your bank account a favor. Order 2 or 3 of the good cartridges referenced here.

Our experience with the Intex filters was not a happy story, and we spent a small fortune replacing them every few days.
