I placed an order (and paid) for a reagent refill kit about a month ago and PoolSolutions has not shipped it (as far as I know) and not responded to several e-mail inquiries (to all the addresses I found on the website) about the order. I'd prefer not to get a refund; I want the items and want to support Ben.

I've just about gotten the Forum initialized, and almost all the contact emails sent out -- and 3,400 bad emails & accounts purged. But, the server crash has set everthing back about 2 1/2 weeks.
I'm starting on refill orders tomorrow, but we've got to get some supplies, so it may be Saturday before we get all the refills shipped. Unfortunately, that's the best I can do. The only other offer I can make is a refund.
