    Default First K-2006 test

Finally got the test kit last Thursday. I was indisposed until today.

    FC 7
    CC <.5
    pH 7.6
CYA (result verified by my "chemist") 40

Looks like I need to add 5oz ,by weight, of CYA. What volume is approximate, assuming 99.9% Cyanuric Acid?

CYA is sold both as powder and large granules. I think the powder is about 2 oz wt to 1 fluid oz. The granules would be less, but I'm not sure how much less.

Probably, you should add 1/4 cup of powder or 1/3 cup of granules . . . and then retest.
