Nope. We don't do that.
It's not quite clear why, but after nearly 15 years of having this forum, I can tell you 3rd party support almost never works, but almost always ends up taking up huge amounts of time and space. It's hard enough to communicate effectively with the pool OWNER via these posts; it's nearly impossible when you put someone in between us and the pool owner.
We have limited resources here, and especially during May, June & July, we can't help everyone who needs help. It's not fair to those who are asking for themselves, if we use up time trying to help those who don't ask for themselves.
If she needs help, SHE needs to register and ask.
