No test can detect a CYA level lower than 30. If it has been two weeks since you last added stabilizer and you still don't have a reading, you can just assume that your reading is less than 30 and you need to add more. I would only add a dose that would add about 20ppm more, though. If your current reading is close to 30, that would put you at around 50ppm which would be a good reading.

ok Watermom, I hear you but how much do I put in I could put in liquid again and that would be faster but if I put in powder it could take weeks. I don't know how much to raise from less than 30 to 50. Like at 13000 gallon what would be the formula for adding the amount?
13000 gallon fiberglass, variable speed pump, cartridge filter, chlorine sanitized ,k-2006, also daily 5 item check ( ch, ph,ta,)
I only trust the k-2006 titration is better for me

Adding 2 lbs. of granular CYA should add around 20ppm. It won't take weeks to dissolve but maybe a week. Or, if you prefer, use the liquid. Faster but more expensive. I can't comment on the proper dosing of the liquid, though, as I always use granular.
