I know nothing about NAMCO or that particular pool. However, I always like to buy locally if possible. That way, if there are any problems, there is someone right there to be able to help. Just my opinion.
Namco! Are they any good? I'm looking at a 30' round 2014 Morada. Who makes the Morada? Is it garbage? I've been reading horror stories about Namco's Customer Service but actual info on their pools and manufacturers isn't showing itself. Can anyone offer some insight? About the Morada in specific? Also, the specific location is the Namco store in Latham, NY. Just outside of Albany. Am I better off just going to a local company and paying more for a Doughboy. I have no problem paying more up front to avoid headaches and disasters if need be.

I've decided to check that route. Good advice. Thank you. I'm starting the hunt for local people in the morning.
. . . membership upgraded.
Excellent. Thank you.
For what it's worth, there was a NAMCO store near me. It's now closed. NAMCO is willing to shut stores, locally owned may be around longer.
