One thing that pops out to me is a FC of 3 is too low for a CYA of 100.
How does the water look?

Our pool was completed in Feb 2014 Inground~~Pebble Tec~~L-Shaped~~Pentair Variable Pump~~Pentair SWG~~Solor Panels
The only problem we are having is with the SWG ...we are on our 3 rd one this being the IC60 ...we had the IC40 one went bad and the other was not producing so pool company switched up to this one...and still we cannot keep our chlorine..
Our readings of yesterday:
FC 3
PH 7.6
TA 100
CYA 100
CH 400
SALT 3600
TEMP 85
SWG 60%

The pool water is very clear and sparkly...the swg is set at 60%
