Help with test results and cloudy water

Okay. Here are today's results:
cl 2
cya 30
ph 6.8
alk 100
salt 3000

I've added 8#'s of borax and my ph hasn't moved. Do I keep adding it 4 #'s at a time until I see it move?

Water is clear now. I kept hitting it with cl and put in about 9#'s of borax to get the ph up. THanks for all the help.................
