OTO will not test for FC, plain and simple (at least not accurately). You can get an inexpendive FC (DPD)and pH test kit from Lamotte for around $12.Taylor makes one as well (K-1001, $9.50 on their website, once again FC only). They won't do TC but you have the OTO for that. For $18.95 you can get the Taylor K-1004 which tests for FC and TC with DPD and also pH and acid demand, which is a pretty useless test. Also DPD bleaches out at high chlorine levels but if you don't mind diluting you can work around that. Taylor also makes an FAD-DPD kit for $22.50 and Ben sells one as well for $18.50 (PS 100r) You can then use the walmart kit for all your other tests.
When you add up the prices and see how litte reagent you get from Lamotte and Taylor Ben's kit looks better and better!
