    Default Pool Pebble Tek

My neighbor just had his pool pebble teked one week ago today. His pool guy said he cannot use his salt generator for one month or his pool cleaner (The Pool Cleaner) for one month. Is this true? Thanks!

Usually, when a contractor puts in a hard lining like that, you follow their instructions or risk breaching the warranty. Normally, hard-sided pools require at least 4-6 weeks of curing. It's quite possible that the new pebble-tek is vulnerable to the salt levels needed for an SWCG and are vulnerable to the rough action of a automatic pool cleaner.
