9 x 0.5 = 4.5ppm FC
5 x 0.5 = 0.5ppm CC
Just a decimal place mistake.

So how do the numbers look??

They look pretty good. Keep an eye on your pH. You don't want it any lower. If it drops any, you'll want to use a little Borax to bump it up some. CYA is a little lower than you'll want. Aim for around 50. What are you using as your source of chlorine?
Trichloro-s-triazinetrione 99% Available chlorine90% 3" tab sitting inside floater is my chlorine source for the moment.I have all the ingredients this site suggests. Bleach, borax, baking soda, and muratic acid. Thank you,dncellis2.

Oh , what about the hardness being 100. I read here not to worry bout it?

With vinyl, don't worry about the hardness. 100 is just fine.
Trichlor will add CYA which you need for now but is also very acidic and pushes pH down. Keep an eye on it and use some Borax if needed.
Looks like you are doing fine.![]()
