    Smile pump placement

What should I consider when picking a spot for my filter and pump. I saw a picture of someones filter system and it was inclosed in a building. Does anyone have any opinions on this? Thanks, Sharon

    Sharon,
In my opinion equipment under cover is better off. My pool came with a poolhouse that is big enough for the pump and filter, chemical storage, and a couple generators. Just make sure you have adequate ventilation because buildings do get hot in direct sun.
