    what is the advantage to using dry acid over liquid muriatic acid is the dry type acid safe on the chlorinator thanks

    NEVER put ANYTHING in a chlorinator other than the recommended type of chlorine.

    Dry acid is easier to handle and store, and is perfectly fine to use instead of Muriatic
