Default Muriatic Acid replacement ...is this safe?

Stopped at the hardware store to grab some Muriatic Acid and after I got past the price ($8.99)...I noticed the label said Muriatic Acid Replacement. Well I knew that would be fine for cleaning concrete i was not sure if it would be OK for the pool. Anyone have any info on this new product? BTW..I went down the street and got the old fashion stuff for $3.59 a gallon.

what *exactly* does the label say? Probably lists ingredients somewhere. Brand and product name would also help.
