Have you removed the switch to inspect it yet? It is fairly easy to unscrew from the Tee. Also, if the orientation of the switch in the Tee is not correct, it will not work properly. There should be an arrow on the top of the switch near the wire that indicates the direction of water flow. This may need to be adjusted.
