    Default Converting from non chlorine to chlorine

    Is it hard to change my pool from non chlorine to chlorine?

    It depends on what you are using.
    If you are using bacquicil, it's a lengthy, messy process, but doable. It will take a lot of chlorine and you'll have to change your filter media: Fresh sand in a sand filter, clean and wash screens in a DE filter, new cart in a cartridge filter because it gums them up.
    If you are using bromine you'll pretty much have to drain your pool, wash it down, change and wash out your filter and refill.
