Low ph

Can't seem to get the ph levels up. Whats up?

What chemicals are you using? Any chance that you are using trichlor pucks or dichlor powder? Both are very acidic and will drive your pH down.

You can use 20 Mule Team Borax (laundry aisle at Walmart) to raise pH. Without knowing the volume of your pool and what your water testing results are, I can't make a recommendation for how much to add, though.
