NEw Liner....fresh water...what to do?

We are having our new IG liner installed on Monday!!....no more liner tucking for me LOL..I have been following the BBB method for 10+years but am unsure how to begin with the new fresh water. The pool should be filled by mid week so I was wondering if I should add bleach as it is filling or wait till its full and add everything in stages. For years I had the pool chemistry down to an art, but wonder if its going to be a long process getting a good balance with the new water going in. The temps in my area for the past 2 weeks have been in the 90's...supposed to cool down next week . Any input would be greatly appreciated...thanks!!
