Brand New Pool Owner
My husband surprised me with the purchase of a 24x54 Diamond Star above ground pool today. It is scheduled for installation next Friday. Any thoughts on this particular model pool? Thank you!

Did you get the pool up and running?
Sorry you didn't get a reply sooner. We have been buried by all the new members who registered recently but hopefully are about caught up. If you are still around the forum, tell us about your pool and how things are going. If you need help with it, we can give you chemistry help to get your water properly balanced.

Hi Watermom,
Thank you for asking! It's been a little bit of a nightmare for me, but I think we are getting there. I am not a dramatic person, but might have bitten off a bit more than I can chew easily. Hopefully we can get a decent electrician and maybe get my yard squared away. Any thoughts on backfilling... yay or nay? We are newbies and ask lots of questions. Thank you for the support!
