    Question Polaris 380 trouble

I hook the Polaris up - turn the pump on...The Polaris runs perfectly for about 5 minutes then completely stops....I have disconnected it from the pool wall to make sure i have good water flow from the booster pump and the pump seems to be working fine....there is plenty of water flow from the pipe...but as soon as I hook the Polaris up its like the water pressure just stops after about 5 minutes....

I am at a loss at what to try....anyone have any suggestions? Its only about 2 years old...

There's a filter in the assembly that plugs into the wall. It may be clogged.
