Red face New User with Question regarding Doughboy Pools

We are looking to purchase a Doughboy pool and have it buried either all the way or 2' countersunk. I would love to hear from anyone who has experience with a completely buried Doughboy pool or countersunk pool. How has it held up? Have you had any major problems? Would you do it again?

We are looking at the Palm Shore oval 12 X 24' model for complete burial at $8,499.00 for pool kit and install or for 2' countersunk install and pool kit, $6,499.00. Do those sound like fair prices?

Thanks for any help you can give!

It typically is not recommended that AG pools are partially buried as it causes faster corrosion. It also sometimes voids the warranty. Having said that, I do not know anything specific about Doughboy pools. Just some things for you to check into before deciding to do this.

Doughboy pools do allow for full or countersunk installations and are the only above ground pool whose warranty will cover a pool installed as such. I just wanted to hear from others who have done the same. I would like to hear from anyone who has a buried or countersunk doughboy and what your experience has been.

    Thank you!
