Can you use a leaf blower to blow the debris off the cover? It would be a shame to have such a beautiful pool and not use it.
Maybe somebody will have an idea that might help you.

Hi,
I'm a new home owner with a pool and a spa.
I haven't even moved into a house and the pool is already giving me tremendous headaches.
The pool is about 20' by 30'. But it's not a perfect rectangle. It's like a pop tart that someone bit off one corner. The spa is about 7' by 7'.
I have many many trees around it, 3 being most painful.
Two trees give me big and small leaves along with pollen.
The 3rd tree looks like an evergreen, but it drops little tiny seeds/fruits which leaves ugliest stains in the bottom that cannot be washed. (I talked to Leslie's and they suggested using acid)
Cutting down trees is not really an option for me.
I tried using a pool service which comes every week but it won't cut it because leaves fall every day.
Then, I decided to use a pool cover. First I bought a medium durable tarp from Home Depot.
The problem is that it is so heavy partly because my pool is big.
I live in California where I can go into a pool all year round. But with this cover, I can bet that I'll be too lazy to uncover and cover the pool every time. It also requires 2 people.
Now I heard about a roller. (Is it okay to post about a specific product here?)

Now my concern is that how to clean up leaves on top of the cover.
Leaves and fruits will still fall and it will be so painful for me see them.
Is there any solution to deal with leaves and seeds?
I'm already hating my pool.
