    Sounds like it may be mildew. Bleach, cut with water at 3 or 4 to one, will normally kill it.

    Default Both Good Ideas

    Thanks. Those are both good ideas. I'm having my house pressure cleaned in about a week. I'll ask them to try pressure cleaning the cement. But, I'll try the bleach also.
