The planning portion should've been more in the forefront of our minds when we set up the pool.
Here is what our water looks like after 15 min after adding 1/4 cup 7% bleach to the 3 gal container.

The ph of the pool was slightly over 8, using a hth 6way test kit.

My question:
I am assuming that I have Iron/Copper in my water, with that it is obviously visible from shocking it with the chlorine (bleach).
Can I, after reading a number of other people making filters that will collect the finer junk, just chlorinate it high to make it visible and help it to be filtered/cleaned?
Or what am I risking by doing that?

Thanks!
