You can change that using the drop down menus, I believe.

Version 262, hit the drop down, click on settings and choose your preference.

Go to "More Calcs" >> "Settings" >> Change to "Imperial".

Top left-hand corner, click on More Calcs. Go down and click on Settings, click on Imperial. Now you have gallons.
