TriClor and bleach

Will I have any problems using 3 inch tablets in the skimmer as well as bleach to maintain Chlorine levels?

No, you can use both but just make sure that they do not come in contact with each other. Do not pour bleach into the skimmer with a puck in there. Pour the bleach away from the trichlor. Once they are both in the water, they can co-exist peacefully.
