Chlorine/bleach in calculator

Ok forgive me if I ask stupid questions...maybe someone else needs an answer too but I'm going to be a genius at this BBB method no matter what. Now the pool calc says add_____ amount of bleach and gives a percentage. Now where would I insert 12% LC? I get my Chlorine from the pool store. Please advise..Dave
