You'll need to post test numbers before we can help. Also, how many gallons is your pool?
We'll need to see:
FC free chlorine
CC combined chloramines
TC total chlorine
pH
T/A total alkalinity
CYA stabilizer
CH calcium hardness (not critical)
and
Salt level
Also if there are any metals detected in your water what they are and how much.

Phosphate levels are irrelevant and it's more cost effective and generally effective to spend your money on sufficient bleach or liquid chlorine than on phosphate removers.
Many of our members have "high" phosphate levels and clean pools...sometimes SIX TIMES larger than pool stores say is "OK".
I have NO idea what my level is and never have and my pool is always crystal clear and sanitary.
