You may get an answer (I can't give you one) but I'd recommend:
1. downloading the manual.
2. going through the troubleshooting steps recommended (even if they don't apply)
3. calling aqualink support. Level 1 techs will tell you to do #2 above; let them walk you through and say, "yes, I did that and "X" happened".
4. after they've exhausted their script, you can ask for a more senior tech, who may be able to help.
