Default Fix a Leak - is it too good to be true?

Has anyone ever heard of something called "Fix A Leak".

Claims it finds and fixes leaks fast. This concentrated formula will permanently seal leaks and holes up to 1/8" in diameter in most any material including plumbing.

    1qt per 22k gallons.

I always say when it sounds too good to be true it normally is.

    Thoughts?
