Default Filling up a pool with well water, What steps should I take ?

    Hi,

I am about to fill up a 16 by 48 Intex metal framed pool with well water. I have a game sand filter/pump and a Intex Salt Chlorine Generator . From what I've read this most likely turn the water brown. Is there anything I can do to help with this while I fill it up ? And what steps should I take from the beginning to fix this?

    Thanks,
    Mindy
