Here are my opening numbers...This is my first season using this method. My pool is very green. Right now I have the pump/filter running until someone can hopefully lead me in the right direction to start.

pH > 8.2 (it was bright, fuschia pink)
FC = 0
TC = 0
TA = 50
I did check for CYA, but the black dot never disappeared. So, not sure what that means. The water sample and the liquid additive never turned cloudy.

I am using the Taylor Kit that I got last Fall. We have a 30 ft., 4 ft. deep AG pool. Do I need to adjust the other levels before dumping a bunch of bleach in? Thanks for any info.
