I have worked on pools since '87 and would like to contribute what little I can to the conversation about pools. I have read all the pertinent warnings about being an industry insider and agree with most of what ive read. I may not agree about everything but I know my place when it comes to posting. Hope I can start helping with something useful soon. Thanks.

Just a caution--Ben takes the user agreement very, very seriously, so make sure you take some time to read quite a bit so you know what we're about, because much of the advice you see here does not conform to pool industry information, and that's what tends to get folks in the business into trouble.
